We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the order date. We offer express tracked pre-paid returns for a €15 fee (deducted from your refund), or you can return items at your own cost.

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and liners attached. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, though for EU customers, the 14-day cancellation right remains in place, even for final sale items.

For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase. Returns showing signs of wear may be refused.
